Valle Verde Residents Go Red in Support of American Heart Association

Residents and staff of the Valle Verde retirement community in Santa Barbara recently gathered to celebrate National Wear Red Day, a campaign by the American Heart Association to raise awareness among women of the dangers of heart disease. Valle Verde celebrates the campaign each year in hopes that gathering as a group will inform others about the risks of heart disease. Valle Verde residents also gave monetary donations to the American Heart Association in support of the Go Red™ for Women campaign.
