Warkentin Stadium was packed with families and friends Thursday to watch San Marcos High School’s Class of 2012 graduate in style.
After the traditional processional, class president and salutatorian Jamie Mayner led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance, and the Madrigal Singers treated the crowd to the national anthem and its rendition of The Beatles’ “Hello, Goodbye.”
Diplomas were presented by Santa Barbara Unified School District Superintendent Dave Cash and San Marcos Principal Ed Behrens.
