Santa Barbara County Firefighters responded Tuesday evening to fire at a Goleta home that was engulfed in flames.
At 6:18 p.m., a call reporting a possible explosion and fire on the 6200 block of Momouth Avenue came into dispatch. and at least six engines were dispatched to the scene, according to the Fire Department.
Video footage by Sgt. Riley Harwood of the Santa Barbara Police Department, who happened to be driving by, showed major flames in the rear portion of the house.
Harwood happened on the scene shortly after the fire broke out, and before fire crews arrived.
