Nice write up Jeff; thank you. I thought the sound could have been a little louder and the crowd a little bit more enthusiastic.
Aside from that, I was looking forward to the show, especially as a huge Eno fan, and I had a good time. This was my sixth time seeing Byrne and he is always fun to watch, hear, and see what choreography will be included. I was thrilled to hear “The Great Curve” - do you think it is because I yelled it out early in the show?

What a show! I’ve been enjoying “Everything that Happens” but the concert revealed its greater genius. And what artistic genius at work: David Byrne live. Never pretentious yet the equivalent of modern art. And his voice was ALL there, just beautiful.
One gripe with Arlington security staff: what’s up with rudeness? Two people standing by the balcony admiring that awesome theater… and we’re escorted back to our seats?!
