Goleta Lions Club members Bob Archer, Wayne Heisinger, Joe Mueller, Chase Gregory and Jim Gemmell pack a record-breaking 8,000 pairs of used eyeglasses collected for the California distribution center, where they will be cleaned and calibrated before being sent to recipients. Eyeglasses are provided to more than 100,000 people around the world, giving them sight to read, study, manage daily tasks and earn a living.
