HR Assistant—Information Systems
Excellent opportunity in this newly created position to help implement and administer HR Information System & support the HR function in growing, high quality organization.
This position is responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, procedures, & programs to assist the HR department in providing excellent & timely service to employees & management. Primary responsibility will be for the HR Information System—assisting in the implementation of new computer system, inputting data to maintain the currency of the information, running reports.
Requirements:
Ability to learn new computer systems quickly
Strong analytical thinking & attention to detail
Strong work ethic and administrative skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Experience with computer data systems
Knowledge of excel
