Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals, which specializes in furnished rentals, is offering a 10 percent discount to victims of the Jesusita Fire, in addition to discounts on monthly rates for people who need a longer-term option while their home is being repaired or rebuilt.

A limited number of short-term stays are available at no charge for extreme hardship cases.

We have a large house (aprox. 5,800 sq. ft.) on 5 acres that we would lease fully furnished.  It’s near the 23 Frwy and 118 Frwy - we are moving back to Los Angeles for a few years and this would be a perfect house for someone who lost their home in the fire and need to re-build.  We will consider a short or long term lease.  The property has 3 acres of avocado’s that are not included in the lease.  The property also has four paddocks and four small barns that we currently have our horses in.  If you need the paddocks and barns we will consider leasing this portion of the property to you for an additional cost. This is my personal residence - please e-mail me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) if you would like photo’s and the rental rate.  We built it in 2007 and it is beautiful with great views!
