Team We Dig Life’s sand dragon was the overall winner of the annual Santa Barbara Sand Castle Festival sponsored by the Citizens Planning Association & Foundation. Saturday’s festival at East Beach included a Surf-a-Duck Race and music from Bruce Goldish, Kelp, Long Story Short and DJ Gerry DeWitt.
