Tuesday's event will focus on the city's future and its budget crisis

Santa Barbara City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tempore Dale Francisco will make an important announcement Tuesday regarding Santa Barbara’s budget crisis and the future of the city.

The announcement will be at noon Tuesday at Santa Barbara’s Casa de la Guerra, 9 E. De la Guerra St. (across De la Guerra Street from the flagpoles in De la Guerra Plaza).

All residents concerned about where Santa Barbara is headed are invited to attend.
