Dr Srvis do the job or resign!
Are you trying to get special ed parents to sue this district? Or is your administration just incompetent. This special-ed fiasco reminds me of the circus the district used to run with their finances. Time for a change and new able leadership.

Many of the critical comments from FCMAT faulted the lack of established fiscal responsibility, accountability transparency in Special Education Funding. The highly paid assistant superintendent for finance is supposed to provide advice, reforms and leadership for the entire District—-not just the general fund. He has had time to perform. The failure to establish communication, performance standards, coordination and fiscal controls between finance, personnel and school sites is a failure by Sarvis,PHD, Smith and Robertson, PhD. Using press statements issued by a public relations staff member (Keyani)to cover-up problems and divert attention is a continuing waste of time and money and reflects another failure of leadership and management which puts their personal interests ahead of the interests of the students. It should have been stopped long ago. It is time for all Board Members to step up and answer the question: What should you do when management fails to perform? During campaigns the usual answer is “I will make the tough decisions” and/or “I will make the changes necessary.”
Is the Board prepared to deal with the exploding and imploding management of the Santa Barbara School Districts or will it simply issue another press release?
