The course track is reflected in the sunglasses of Slovakian pro cyclist Peter Velits at last year’s USA Pro Challenge Time Trials in Denver. His career highlights include winning the 2012 Tour of Oman. He rides for Omega-Pharma Quick Step, one of the teams that will be competing in this year’s Tour of California. Santa Barbara will be the host city this year for the finish of Stage 4 on May 15 and for the start of Stage 5 on May 16.
