Vanessa Shaw recorded 12 kills, leading SBCC to a 25-13, 25-15, 25-20 women’s volleyball sweep of Cuyamaca on Saturday night in the Sports Pavilion. Angelica Smith added five kills and two blocks for the Vaqueros (2-8).
SBCC opens WSC play Oct. 14 at Oxnard.
