Two weeks after the Santa Barbara Breakers returned from a 25-day basketball tour in China, coach Curt Pickering received a call from the Chinese government asking the team to return for another 14 days to play eight games.
Pickering’s 11-man squad included: guard Tim Taylor, forward Jeff McMillan, center Keith Closs, forward Tom Conboy, forward Daniel Gray, forward Curtis Crews, guard/forward Billy Knight, forward Darnell Scott, guard Everage Richardson, guard Chet Johnson and guard Mike Westphal.
