Santa Barbara’s Abigail Kim shot a 1-over par 74 in the second round and won the Girls 11-14 Division title at the 46th Ventura City Junior Golf Championships at Olivas Links.
Kim shot a 6-over 152 for two rounds and beat Emily Gonzalez of Calabasas by one shot.
In the Boys 11-14 Division, Santa Barbara’s Theodore Vigna finished in second place at 4-over 148. Cooper Greenwood of Westlake took top honors with 2-under 142.
Leo Metzger of San Marcos High made six birdies en route to a 4-under 68 in the second round in the Boys Championship and finished in a tie for fourth place at 144 (76-68).
The champion was Benjamin Valdez of Stevenson Ranch in a playoff. Valdez, Christian Shackleford of Camarillo and Matt Monheim of Stevenson Ranch finished at 2-under 142.
The girls championship was won by Adeline Anderson of Ventura at 2-over 146. Santa Barbara High’s Lizzie Goss was seventh at 164.
