Ace Pro Music presents Girly Q, a community-based Pride Week kick-off party that will benefit Pacific Pride Foundation (PPF), 5:30-11:30 p.m. Sunday Aug. 21 at Soho Restaurant and Music Club, 1221 State St., Ste. 205.

All PPF programs are free or low cost, and offered in English and Spanish through its offices in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria.

Master of ceremonies for the show will be comedian Audrey Stewart. The live concert opens with Jennifer Corday, an out-and-proud award-winning singer/songwriter/guitarist. Corday has five studio albums and 20 awards, and recently released her playful gay pride anthem “Pink Cloud.”

Also on the lineup is an appearance by the band Jayne Wayne. After the live entertainment the dance party will be hosted by Darla Bea.
