Alessa Somer didn’t lose a game in sweeping in three singles sets and Cami Choi dominated in her two sets as a substitute, powering Dos Pueblos to a 14-4 girls tennis win over Lompoc in the Channel League regular-season finale on Thursday.
The Chargers finished 7-3 in league and 11-4 overall.
“Today was our senior day and we were fortunate to get to play all of our varsity players,” coach Laura Housinger said.”We look forward to going into the Channel League Individual tournament next week with a 7-3 league record and charged-up players.”
The tournament will be held at Santa Barbara starting Monday.
