Berith Lewis a longtime resident of Santa Barbara’s Westside, passed away recently. She was born in 1939.

Berith was an active member of the community as a gardener, pastry cook, hiker, and host to friends and relatives. She will be missed.

Berith emigrated from Sweden and never lost her loyalty to a country that she dearly loved, so she visited there often where she had many family members.

As a widow of Luther Lewis, Berith leaves three children behind and numerous grandchildren.
