Bach the eccentric – Bach the craftsman – Bach the teacher. Baroque flutist Emi Ferguson returns to Camerata Pacifica, this time with the brilliant baroque ensemble Ruckus (pictured). With a zoo of period instruments including theorbo, baroque guitar and bassoon, viola da gamba, and harpsichord, they explore Johann Sebastian Bach’s genius from multiple angles, bringing to life the limitless colors and nuances of his music.

This program is also performed Tuesday, February 28 at 7:30pm at The Huntington in San Marino; Friday, March 2 at 8:00pm at the Colburn School in Los Angeles; and Sunday, March 5 at 3pm at the Museum of Ventura County.
