Mental Wellness Center presents a book signing and Q&A event for You Are Not Alone on Saturday, December 3rd from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. Holiday refreshments will be provided.
“You Are Not Alone is the answer to the prayers of millions of people who are living with mental illness and their families and friends—who are often unsure how to navigate this system,” said former Santa Barbara County NAMI Board Chair George Kaufmann whose story, along with his son’s is featured in the book.
