Surrender to the natural healing power of ocean and sound during this unique sound bath sail experience presented by Sandala Experiences and Danielle Elese, local Sound Healing Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher & Spiritual Hypnotherapist.
This gentle sail down the Santa Barbara coastline will last two hours to embark on a journey of profound relaxation and inner harmony.
We will meet at the Santa Barbara Sailing Center and once we are being propelled by the wind, you will be invited to settle into a comfortable space on the the catamaran deck or nets. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and encourage bringing blankets and pillows for comfort.
