SYV Chorale Spring Concert

The Santa Ynez Valley Chorale, now under the direction of David Lozano Torres, will present its Spring Concert on Saturday, May 20th at 3 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Hall, 1745 Mission Drive, Solvang. Tickets will be available for purchase at syvchorale.org, from Chorale members, or at the door.
Mr. Torres has a BA in Music with a conducting emphasis and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting. He is completing his Doctoral of Musical Arts Degree in Choral Conducting at the University of California Santa Barbara. He is a very talented music director who is committed to developing the Chorale and ensuring they perform at their best.
The Spring program selected by Mr. Torres includes the timeless classic, Haydn’s Missa brevis in F major, and popular favorites from Broadway musicals such as Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, and The Lion King.
