The Carpinteria Valley Chamber Leadership Team is dedicated to creating a healthy local economy and building a strong environment for economic growth and sustainability, and, in keeping with its vision, the Carpinteria Valley Chamber recently installed four new board members:
Michael Baker, CEO of United Boys & Girls Club of Santa Barbara County; Sara Dearman, public affairs representative for Chevron West Coast Decommissioning Program; Julie Spear, business solutions team lead for Ultimate Staffing; and Joey Zumaya, public sector manager overseeing activities in government, business, community relations, and diversity initiatives at LinkedIn.
They join board members: Curtis Lopez (chair) of Carpinteria Lions Club; Shelley Nunes (CFO/immediate past chair), CPA of Meister & Nunes, P.C.; Joseph Cambray (vice chair) of Pacifica Graduate Institute; Terry Hickey Banks (senior board advisor) of Hickey Bros. Land Co., Inc.; Caroline Alarcon (secretary) of Reliant Notary Services; and Joyce Donaldson (IOM) president/CEO of Carpinteria Valley Chamber of Commerce.
