Carpinteria Softball Loses at Moorpark

Moorpark had too much firepower for Carpinteria’s softball team, beating the Warriors 12-1 on Monday.

“Moorpark is a great team; we simply couldn’t match up,” said coach Dakotah Wilcox. “Energy is everything, we just didn’t have ours in sync with us today. But you learn something every game to take to the next one. It’s in the books, we learned, and now we progress.”
