The Cate boys finished third behind strong Foothill Tech and Thacher teams.  Senior Tesfa Asmara completed his regular season by earning all-league honors with a fifth-place finish in 17:06, his best at Lake Casitas by 30 seconds.  Sophomore Nick Patrick capped a fine season with second team all-league honors, 13th in 18:13.

The harriers placed a strong pack in 17th, 18th, and 19th place.  These were sophomore Andrew Busse (18:51) who is crashing Cate’s top five, junior Shion Kato (18:56) making a late season rush, and steady sophomore Peter Wood (18:59).
