The Closet Trading Company (TCTC) is celebrating 20 years in business. Specializing in women’s designer consignment, TCTC has served Santa Barbara since 2003 when they opened their first store in Victoria Court.
Since then, TCTC has relocated to 714 State St. and the company has grown, expanding in California to Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Woodland Hills and Santa Monica, and to Plantation, Florida. TCTC is opening another store this fall in Sacramento.
This year TCTC opened its Warehouse Outlet in Santa Barbara’s Paseo Nuevo mall benefiting Wags & Walks, a nonprofit organization working to reduce euthanasia in local shelters.
“We are so proud to be celebrating our 20th anniversary this weekend,” said Johanna Zlenko, CEO/founder. “What started as a small shop selling second-hand clothing has grown into an incredible business that serves customers all over the country.
“We couldn’t have done it without the support of our loyal customers and the Santa Barbara community.”
To celebrate its milestone anniversary, TCTC will offer customers 20% off their entire purchase at all locations, Aug. 18-20th for a special sale; some exclusions may apply.
