Jeb Miller poured in 29 points, including seven three-pointers, to lead the Agoura boys basketball team past Dos Pueblos, 75-47, in a game at the Ventura Kiwanis Tournament on Saturday.
“We had a hard time stopping Jed Miller,” DP coach Joe Zamora said. “He was definitely the difference today.”
Baylor Huyck scored 15 points to lead Dos Pueblos, Alex McCeney had 14 and Joaquin Riker added 11.
“Baylor had a great game today on both sides of the court,” Zamora said. “We are a little thin right now and he was forced to play the entire game. Alex McCeney and Joaquin Riker did a good job recognizing their changing defenses. Alex Perez was our best communicator and really gave us a great effort today.”
Dos Pueblos (4-8) returns to the tournament on Monday to play Burroughs at 2 p.m.
