Anna Cable stopped nine Corona de Mar shots, but Dos Pueblos fell behind early and never recovered, falling 11-2 in a girls water polo game on Saturday at the Elings Aquatic Center.
“Anna Cable had a great game in goal,” said DP coach Bryan Snyder. “Our offense was stagnant and we did not have a lot of movement.”
Shannon Connolly drew four ejections from the set position.
Dos Pueblos went 1-2 over the weekend against Cathedral Catholic, Foothill and CdM.
“It was overall a good weekend for us to play some of these top teams and see what we need to work on at practice this week before our tournament next weekend at Villa Park,” said Snyder.
