Lompoc Aquatic Center will host its annual Dunkin’ for Pumpkins event 10-11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, Lompoc Parks & Recreation has announced.

Dunkin’ for Pumpkins will transform the Aquatic Center’s activity pool into a floating pumpkin patch where participants are invited to swim and pick a floating pumpkin.

Once pumpkins are selected, participants can decorate them in the patio from 11 a.m.-noon at one of the decorating stations. Pre-registration for the event is required.

General admission is required for everyone entering the facility during the event, with the option of buying a pumpkin for an additional $8.

General admission fees are $5 for adults; $4.50 for kids ages 2-17; $1 for children under age 2; and $4 for seniors 60 and older.

Children younger than 6 must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
