IHOP restaurants in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties will be celebrating IHOP National Pancake Day on Tuesday, Feb. 25, and will be offering guests a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes to encourage a donation to Cottage Children’s Medical Center, a member of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Each year, IHOP partners with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals for this fundraising event. Since 2006, IHOP’s National Pancake Day has raised more than $30 million for its charity partners.

The event will take place 7 a.m.-7 p.m. at the following participating IHOPs:
