The Lompoc Public Library is now offering patrons the option of placing books on hold, and picking them up at the main branch. Books may be placed on hold through the online library catalogue at www.cityoflompoc.com/library or by calling 805-875-8781. Due to limited library staffing, a maximum of two items may be picked up per library card.

Hold pickups are available by appointment from 2-6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Masks are required during holds pickup.

In addition, Lompoc Library staff are offering book bundles for children and movie bundles for all ages. Patrons interested in these bundles are invited to fill out a form on the library’s webpage, and staff will select five books or movies for them based on the interests the patron’s list. These bundles will be available for pickup by appointment.

The Lompoc Library will also accept book returns at the book drops in the main branch parking lot, 501 E. North Ave. The book drops are open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Returned materials are not currently accepted at the Village Library.
