Macy Christal is the Frontier League volleyball MVP.

Laguna Blanca’s Macy Christal has been named as the Frontier League volleyball MVP.

Christal was a senior outside hitter for the undefeated league-champion Owls and the team’s kill leader.

Laguna’s Jason Donnelly was named Coach of the Year.

Senior middle Ella Delwiche and senior outside hitter Audrey Murphy of Laguna Blanca were named to the all-league first team.

Bishop Diego put two players on the first team: sophomore setter Alina Urzua and senior libero Julia Gregson. Julia Biederman, a senior libero, was named from Providence.

The second-team picks for Laguna Blanca include senior opposite Ainsley McGovern, junior setter Annie Gabler and junior libero Bea Lujan.

Ashlyn Oxton, a senior middle, and Siena Urzua, a freshman outside hitter, were second-team picks from Bishop Diego and senior middle Bella Madrigal was selected from Providence.

Honorable mention picks were seniors Bella Woodhouse and Paige Levinson and junior Sophia Webster from Laguna Blanca; seniors Sydney Naour and Ariana Morones of Bishop Diego and Emma Goodell and Lisa Coffin of Providence.
