It is with deep sadness that I inform you of the passing of my beloved mother Maria Ramirez.
She passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family at the age of 71.
Born in Jalisco, Mexico, Maria lived in Santa Barbara.
Maria was a source of love and warmth to everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her kindness and generosity that touched the lives of many.
Maria’s memory will live in our hearts forever.
A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, followed by mass at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 28 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 21 E. Sola St., Santa Barbara.
