The dates have been announced for the NAIA’s fall sports national championships that were moved to the spring because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Westmont College is a member of the NAIA.

The championships for men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s soccer and women’s volleyball will be contested in April and May.

The cross country championships for men and women are scheduled for April 9 at the Seminole Valley Cross Country Course in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

In women’s soccer, the first and second rounds of the NAIA NationalTourrnament will be played at 10 campus sites on April 15-17, with each site hosting four teams. The winners will advance to Foley, Ala., for the final rounds. The title game is slated for May 3.

The men’s soccer tourrnament will follow the same format as the women. The opening rounds will be on April 22 and 24 at 10 campus sites and the final rounds at Evans, Ga., May 4-10.

The women’s volleyball national championship will begin on April 17 at 24 campus sites, wth the winners advancing to the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa, April 27-May 1.
