Given the current coronavirus pandemic crisis and lockdown, the Center for Successful Aging in Santa Barbara wants to help combat the loneliness and isolation this situation can cause.
The center is extending its CareLine Telephone Reassurance Program and offering this free service to anyone who is 50 years and older. A trained volunteer will call every day (or on any schedule requested) to check on an individual’s well-being.
To enroll, call the center at 805-898-8080.
