Alannah Cetti and Charlotte Bennett combined for nine goals to lead Santa Barbara High to a 15-10 non-league girls lacrosse win over Nordhoff on Tuesday at Peabody Stadium.
Cetti scored five goals, Bennett had four, Daisy Foreman contributed three, Sadie Leventhal scored two and Romy Davies added one for the Dons, the No. 2-ranked team in CIF-SS Division 3.
“The players have really started to listen and adapt to changes,” said Santa Barbara coach Elayne Blessing. “I am proud of how we all played today, but the player that stood out today was our goalie, Trinity McCullough, with too many stops to count.”
