Notre Dame School is now registering new students for the 2019-20 school year for preschool-8th grade. School starts on Monday, Aug. 26.
The Notre Dame School is located in a historical building at 33 E. Micheltorena St., Santa Barbara, where it has offered quality Catholic education since 1974 under its current name. As the only Catholic K-8 school in the city of Santa Barbara, Notre Dame takes seriously its commitment to partnering with parents in educating children.
The Notre Dame School vision is to create a positive learning environment in which students, through studying the message of the Gospel, develop strong personal faith and identity, inspire appreciation for all of God’s creations, respect the unique successes that come with individual gifts, and live in compassionate service to the community.
For more than one hundred years, Our Lady of Sorrows Parish and The Notre Dame School have worked together to support parents in being part of a vibrant community encouraging young minds and hearts towards God.
