One person was killed and two others were critically injured Friday night in a multiple-vehicle crash on Highway 135 near Orcutt.
At about 9 p.m., personnel from the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, California Highway Patrol and American Medical Response were dispatched to a three-vehicle crash at Highway 135 (Orcutt Expressway) and Union Valley Parkway, according to fire Capt. Daniel Bertucelli.

The two injured patients were taken by AMR ground ambulance to Marian Regional Medical Center.
