Our Lady of Mount Carmel School will celebrate its 75th anniversary with an auction and dinner, 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Rosewood Miramar Beach. The evening includes dinner, music, dancing, silent and live auctions, and a raffle.

“All the proceeds of this event directly benefit the school to keep tuition affordable and to provide scholarships for students in need,” said Tracie Simolon, Our Lady of Mount Carmel principal.

The evening’s honoree Eustacchio Guadagnini is an alumnus of Our Lady of Mount Carmel who attended the school in its early days in the 1950s. He will be honored for his commitment to Catholic education. Guadagnini remains active in the life of the parish and has volunteered in numerous ways in support of the school and the church.
