Owen Carleton threw three no-hit innings and drove in four runs for the host Goleta Valley South Little League 12-under All Stars in a 15-0 mercy-rule win over Ventura Coastal in the District 63 All-Star Tournament on Tuesday.
Noal Vasquez had a triple and a double and scored three runs, while William Wrenn added two hits. Diego Alvarez and Jake Brennan each drove in two runs, and Alvarez scored three times.
Goleta Valley South will play the winner of Wednesday’s Dos Pueblos-Montalvo game next Tuesday at the GVSLL complex.
