Recovery Road Medical Center has announced it is remaining open during the stay-at-home order and is offering its outpatient recovery and mental health programs through virtual appointments with their staff.
“Mental health and recovery issues won’t go away during this time. In fact, treatment may be needed more than ever,” said Dr. Joseph Frawley.
“Insurance companies have been approving these interim forms of therapy during the crisis,” said Dr. Sherif E-Asyouty. “We have been treating patients for the last two weeks this way and are seeing positive results.”
Recovery Road Medical Center offers programs to help people overcome drug addiction and alcoholism, chronic pain and mental health disorders. Rehab programs offered include medical and psychiatric assessment and care, separate groups and individual therapy for addictions, mental health disorders, and chronic pain.
