Garden Street Academy knocked down 17 three-pointers and had four players score in double figures in an 82-29 rout of Besant Hill in a Condor League boys basketball game on Wednesday.

Sophomores Christian Hernandez and Sebastian Fisher each scored 19 points and made five three-pointers to lead the Comets. Junior Alex Odell and sophomore Aden Robles scored 15 points apiece.

The Comets made 17 of 31 from behind the arc.

“I have never seen this team knock down shots at the rate there were shooting it,” said coach Trey Putnam.

Garden Street Academy (7-10, 5-2) will play its last league game on Feb. 5 versus Ojai Valley.
