Santa Barbara took both girls and boys competitions in a Channel League dual meet with Santa Ynez Wednesday, the girls by a score of 112-56 and the boys by 104-74.

The Dons boys rallied from a 12-point deficit to win behind first place finishes from Evan Encell-O’Hara in the 50 freestyle and the 100 butterfly, Ethan Camp in the 500 freestyle, Jaxon Burford in the 200 IM and Ryder Green in the 100 backstroke.

For the girls, Santa Barbara’s Nalani Yim won the 50 and 100 freestyle, Tiffany Ball the 200 IM, Abby Webber the 500 freestyle, Addie Sweeney the 100 breaststroke and Layla Szymczak the 100 butterfly.

Santa Ynez will host the Channel League Dive finals on Saturday at 10 a.m.  The Channel League Swim Prelims will be 2 p.m. on Tuesday at San Marcos High School with Finals taking place at 2 p.m. on Thursday, also at San Marcos.
