The Santa Ynez boys tennis team bounced back from a Tuesday loss and beat Paso Robles, 14-4, in a non-league match on Wednesday.

Richie Steele had a solid day at No. 1 singles for the Pirates. He lost a 7-5 set against Paso’s top player, Bryson Presenti, and won the next two, 6-1, 6-0.

Charlie Hoose and Ethan Guillemin led the Santa Ynez doubles teams to eight set wins. They swept, 6-2, 6-0, 6-1.
