DESCRIPTION:This class will be conducted in Spanish. An English session is scheduled for Saturday\, June 7.\n\n\nAcompaña a la Biblioteca Pública de Santa Bárbara y a Irene Kelly de Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV\, por sus siglas en inglés) en un curso de empoderamiento financiero diseñado para ayudar a adolescentes y adultos a tomar el control de sus finanzas personales. A través de conversaciones dinámicas y ejercicios prácticos\, los participantes fortalecerán su confianza\, establecerán hábitos financieros saludables y definirán metas financieras significativas. Además\, los dueños de negocios aprenderán a mejorar la gestión financiera de sus emprendimientos.\n\n\nObjetivos clave de aprendizaje:\n\n\nComprender tu mentalidad financiera y desarrollar hábitos que fomenten la resiliencia económica.\nEstablecer metas financieras realistas y significativas para el crecimiento personal y profesional.\nAprender a crear un presupuesto\, administrar gastos y reducir deudas de manera efectiva.\nAdquirir estrategias inteligentes de administración del dinero para lograr estabilidad financiera a largo plazo.\nDesarrollar habilidades que fortalezcan la confianza financiera personal y empresarial\, impulsando el éxito como emprendedor.\nIrene Kelly estudió Finanzas y Emprendimiento en la Universidad de Utah y trabajó en inversión de impacto y alivio de la pobreza\, donde comprendió la importancia de la educación financiera a nivel local e internacional. Posteriormente\, se trasladó a Santa Bárbara para trabajar como asesora de inversiones y comenzó a colaborar con WEV como educadora financiera bilingüe. Ahora\, disfruta ayudando a personas increíbles a alcanzar sus metas personales y comerciales.\n\n \n\n\n“La educación financiera es un tema de justicia social.
