On June 29, 2010, the Santa Barbara City Council voted to adopt the city’s annual operating and capital budget for fiscal year 2011. The recommended budget — which includes the General Fund, enterprise funds, special revenue funds and all other funds — totaled $246.9 million with a combined recommended capital budget of $26.8 million.
