Three people were arrested at the Earl Warren Showgrounds on Sunday after reports of a fight during a concert at the Santa Barbara venue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP confirmed that three people were arrested at the showgrounds but could not confirm the charges, names or other details.

The Earl Warren Showgrounds, at 3400 Calle Real, hosted a concert from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Performers reportedly included Los Inquietos del Norte, Los Caimanes de Sinaloa and Rancho El Aguaje.

Videos from bystanders posted online show multiple men fighting and concertgoers attempting to intervene before security staff members are seen breaking up the altercation. Another video shows one man being led away in handcuffs.

Sheriff’s Office arrest logs show two men were arrested at the showgrounds Sunday for disorderly conduct because of alcohol.

Emergency personnel from the CHP, the Santa Barbara City Fire Department and the Police Department arrived at the scene around 7 p.m. Since the showgrounds is state property, the CHP was the primary law enforcement agency.

Six people were transported from the showgrounds to the hospital for minor injuries, according to City Fire officials.

Three of the people had minor injuries from the fight and three had undisclosed minor medical emergencies, authorities said.
