Three people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Tuesday morning on Highway 1 near Highway 135 and Graciosa Road south of Orcutt. 

The California Highway Patrol and multiple fire departments responded to the scene near the Y south of the city around 8:40 a.m. 

Southbound Highway 135 was temporarily closed during the incident response but reopened as of 10 a.m., according to the CHP.

Three people were injured and transported to the hospital by American Medical Response ambulance, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department. . The injuries ranged from severe to mild.

Tow trucks were en route to the scene, but authorities advised drivers to expect delays in the area.
