AT&T customers can again call 9-1-1, as a Santa Barbara County outage was resolved Thursday morning. 

The outage specifically affected AT&T phone customers and officials suggested that people text 9-1-1 or use alternate phone numbers to reach emergency dispatchers. 

Sheriff’s Office representatives said the outage started Tuesday morning and was resolved Thursday morning. 

The 9-1-1 phone services were working for other cell phone providers during the AT&T outage.
