The Santa Barbara High girls lacrosse team defeated Nordhoff, 11-7, to clinch its first post-season berth in program history.
Daisy Foreman scored three goals and Sadie Leventhal and Evan Larrson added two each to help the Dons qualify for the CIF-Southern Section playoffs. Pippa Gore, Alannah Cetti, Olivia Battles and Charolette Bennet each added goals.
“We’re proud to make Dons history,” said an excited coach Elayne Blessing.
