Parents can get their holiday shopping done (or catch a movie and dinner) while their children enjoy an early evening at Kindermusik with Kathy.

Parents Night Out will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, and dinner will be provided.

The cost is $35 for ages 4 through 8. The event is limited to 10 children.

Let Kathy Hayden entertain your child with music, instruments, Orff ensembles, storytelling, games, dances, friends and food in a comfortable and fun environment.

The theme will be Jazz Kitchen, with an introduction to jazz-style music, drumming, songs and dances. We will read and sing the Jazzy-book, Noodles from Scratch — and then eat Hayden’s homemade noodles from scratch for dinner.

In addition, a Winter Break Camp will be held 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27 through Thursday, Dec. 30 for children age 4 through 7.

The camp will include musical ensembles, singing, folktales, edible art and dance.
